RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB

nverness Craig Dunain RFC has been enjoying a positive campaign this time around in both the men ’ s and women ’ s sections . Rugby Club Magazine recently caught up with their President innes MacDonald to find out more about the set up they have in place .
Involvement
He started by telling us about his involvement , saying , “ I ’ ve been here for approximately 27 years and I still pull on the boots now and again and love every minute of it .

The ladies team have been extraordinary so far and really need a stronger and more regular challenge .”
“ The most rewarding aspects of my role are seeing the men and ladies enjoying playing and improving at rugby but also having a great social time as part of a rugby club . The way our club has improved in becoming more professional in the way it operates over the last two or three years has also been very satisfying .
This Season
“ The rest of the campaign is about improving ourselves as individuals and as a team . We have a couple of functions coming up which involve hosting away teams with after match events like “ race nights ” which is great for team bonding and creating a better relationship with opposition players , which is what
