Sean O ’ Brien made his debut for Ireland against Fiji on 21st November 2009 and has gone on to become a vital member of the side , known for his ball carrying and dynamic style of play . He was a vital part of the Leinster side that won the Heineken Cup in 2011 and was named the European Player of the Year that season . He was also awarded the Guinness / Rugby Writers of Ireland player of the year trophy .

Garry Ringrose is a player with a bright future ahead of him . He starred in the 2014 IRB Junior World Championship and scored three tries as Ireland made it to the semi-final of the competition . This led to him being shortlisted for the World Rugby Junior Player of the Year award .
He won his first cap against Canada at the Aviva Stadium in the 2016 Autumn Internationals and scored his first try for Ireland in their 27-24 victory over Australia .

He made his debut for the senior side against Canada on 12th November 2016 , scoring a try in the process .
