remember for players and supporters alike. The one team
village club is as focused about having fun off the pitch
as it is on giving 100% on a Saturday afternoon.
With its willingness to tap in
to the market for a club which
embraces
‘regular
occasional’
players as well as those wanting to
put their boots on week in, week
out, Plumpton is looking to bolster
player numbers to sure up its future.
“We
identified
a
demand
in the locality for a team which
recognises that some players have
commitments outside the game at
weekends and might not be able to
turn out every weekend and that’s
certainly paid dividends,” said club
