As a family run business , in the heart of Wigan - famous for its rugby heritage - we are pioneers of the initial Green Deal scheme , now mirrored in the rugby union world to green up sports activities .
We co-ordinate a UK-wide network of Green Deal Installers and Micro-Generation Scheme Installers , all fully qualified and accredited , vetted and fully recommended to undertake work that is of a high quality , professionally delivered and fully warranted . Our sister company , Institute for Development of Energy Assessors ( IDEA ), provides a range of expert assessors who are fully equipped in the carbon reduction requirements of every rugby club in every town . We can therefore offer a fully tailored service , from assessment , through to installation and aftercare , providing excellent customer service and seamless project delivery .
We have an excellent track record of undertaking work under the previous Green Deal Scheme , the current
Energy Companies Obligation and in private funded work for installing a range of low carbon and renewable energy measures . We operate to the ISO 9001 , 14001 and 18001 environmental and H & S standards , we are an affiliated Green Deal operator , and Gas Safe approved . Our Chief Executive , Phyllis Prior Boardman , is a British Empire Medallist for Services to Energy Efficiency , and she has a pivotal role in the shaping of Government Policy in their global role to meet carbon reduction targets .
