He told us, “I joined Watford Rugby Club in late 2010. I had just returned
from University, and was looking for a local club to play at. I had no club to
return to, as I had only started playing at University. At the time, my cousin
was playing in the Junior section of the club. My uncle persuaded me to go
training, and the friendliness and attitude made me stay.”

“The most challenging aspect of the role has to be trying to motivate
players to get to training regularly, especially during preseason. With
