Combe Down FOLLOW US ONLINE TWITTER.COM/RUGBYCLUBMAG Combe Down RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB C ombe Down RFC has enjoyed a season to remember this time around which culminated in them being crowned Champions of Dorset and Wilts 1 North. We recently caught up with Club Captain Steve Pearce to gain an insight into what has been behind their success. It’s gone really well – the 1st XV won the league with 3 games to spare and the 2nd XV exceeded expectations and guaranteed a top four finish with a couple of games to spare.” Success “I think the commitment from the players and the support of the committee has been a huge factor in the season we’ve had. When I sat down with the Chairman Paul Ashman at the end of last season we
