utton RUFC is a club that
is committed to playing
an important role in their
local community by providing people
with the opportunity to play the game
in a safe and enjoyable environment.
We recently caught up with Club
Representative Greg Baron to find out
more about how they’ve been getting
along lately.
Hutton RUFC is a young Club in that it
was only formed in 2007, however in that
time the Club and members have gone
from strength to strength. I played as a
player however this year I decided to take
the role as Club Secretary also keeping
the website up to date with match reports
etc.”
Involvement
“The most rewarding thing would be
spending time with friends and having
a good atmosphere at the club at the
weekend. However we have some large
challenges – we play at Lancs Police HQ,
and due to their security the police need
player names before they enter. This is a
