RCM: Would you consider yours to be a
community club?
PM: Youth rugby is very important
and we understand the players will be the
foundation of the clubs future.
RCM: How does the club ensure that
young players enjoy a smooth transition
into the senior game?
PM: The older age groups are
encouraged to join with the seniors for
summer touch training and when our
current crop of U16s reach colts level we
hope to involve them through the season
in training. There are senior players
