Secretary Peter Mitchell recently took
the time to tell us more about the good
work that they have been doing lately.

The
most
rewarding is seeing that a village club
can put out two
senior sides every
PM: Ups and downs. We have had
a difficult league season on the pitch
for the 1st XV however we did reach
a County Cup Final and our older
players also won the Oxfordshire Vets
Shield.
PM: I have been involved with the
club as a player for eight years and as
a committee member for five years.
I was attracted due to it being a small
club playing in a local level league with
an emphasis on enjoyment.
RCM: What are your plans for the offseason?
RCM: What are the most challenging
and rewarding aspects of your role?

PM: Positive after a tough season,
members are enjoying the upgrades to the
social spaces at the club carried out prior
to the RWC 2015.
RCM: How would you say the season
has gone for the club?
RCM: How long have you been
involved and what first attracted you
to the club?
PM: As a committee member the
most challenging aspects are continuing
with player recruitment and managing

the club at the moment?
