Challenges
“Our biggest challenges are to sustain
our facility and demonstrate continual
growth within the capabilities of a
volunteer management group. There is so
much we want to do and so much we want
to achieve, but ultimately we are indebted
to the time our volunteers dedicate to
the club. Hopefully we can continue to
support our volunteers and motivate and
inspire more people to volunteer their
time towards a worthwhile club.”
