Aylesbury FOLLOW US ONLINE TWITTER.COM/RUGBYCLUBMAG have a good pool of 17 and 18 year old Colts players that are encouraged to attend senior training and play senior rugby on weekends when the Colts do not have fixtures. We also maintain regular contact with our players who are at university and offer them opportunities to play when they are back home. There’s still more we could do to ensure a seamless Community “The club is amateur with professional values. We are well-located and positioned within the heart of our community and do what we do for the people of the Aylesbury 30 Issue 61 Vale. We pride ourselves on being the best we can be while maintaining our community status.” Challenges “Our biggest challenges are to sustain our facility and demonstrate continual growth within the capabilities of a volunteer management group. There is so much we want to do and so much we want to achieve, but ultimately we are indebted to the time our volunteers dedicate to the club. Hopefully we can continue to support our volunteers and motivate and inspire more people to volunteer their time towards a worthwhile club.” Ambitions Our ambitions could be summarised by our need to demonstrate continual growth in six key areas: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.
