to coaching the U17 team, it’s something
we will build on with other players in the
coming seasons.”
Community
“The only way for a rugby club to
flourish today is by being a community
based club which everyone can enjoy and
feel part of. To this end our club is built
from the bottom upwards and not from the
first team downwards; the life blood of the
club is our volunteers who are the heart
and soul of Bees rugby.”
Challenges
“For our club to move on in the next
five years we need to stand by our guns
and stick to the plan, along the way we
need to invest in our changing room and
training facilities, it won’t be easy but we’ll
find a way of getting there.”
Ambitions
“The clubs ambition is to provide age
grade rugby for all our age groups, if we
could turn out three teams a week, along
with our vets and the Bumble Bee Babarians
that would be success. It’s important we
find our level in the rugby pecking order
which we can sustain and all enjoy, for me
that’s rugby success.”
