To this end our club is built from the bottom upwards and not from the first team downwards; the life blood of the club is our volunteers who are the heart and soul of Bees rugby.” Challenges “For our club to move on in the next five years we need to stand by our guns and stick to the plan, along the way we need to invest in our changing room and training facilities, it won’t be easy but we’ll find a way of getting there.” Ambitions “The clubs ambition is to provide age grade rugby for all our age groups, if we could turn out three teams a week, along with our vets and the Bumble Bee Babarians that would be success.
