for a tiny club like ourselves has been a fantastic achievement,
thanks to the enormous help from the coaches and parents
we have over 200 children regularly turning out on a Sunday
with a big smile on their faces. That is what it’s all about.”
Atmosphere
“The mood at the club is one of enormous excitement; every
person in the valley is keen to see the new club come to
fruition. It is impossible for me to go shopping without being
stopped by someone enquiring how the new club is coming
along.
We’ve had a good season which culminated in victory in the
plate. An easy answer to what has been behind our success
is finally we are seeing the fruition of our successful juniors
and youth sections actually progressing into the seniors. We
made club History in the cup with every single starting 1st
fifteen player having come through our youth ranks. This
added to quality coaching from Ian Hembrow, Leighton
Darlow Lloyd Construction successfully procured the contract to Design and Build the new club-house and
training Barn for Nantyffyllon Rugby Football Club Limited in 201 ̸
