“One of our biggest challenges will be retaining our players.
In our area there are so many teams competing for them that
it can be difficult to keep hold of them if you have a couple
of good seasons so having a sustained period of success is a
challenge.
“We’re under no illusion; we aren’t looking to race up the
leagues ladder. We just want to be successful both on and off
the field at all levels of the club. We’re looking to continue to
grow our junior section. The club itself is doing very well and
if we could gain a promotion and establish ourselves at that
level then we’ll be happy.
