deal & betteshanger FOLLOW US ONLINE TWITTER.COM/RUGBYCLUBMAG With the season now complete they can reflect upon a relatively successful campaign in which they have played some good quality rugby. They are a forward thinking club and will already have turned their attentions towards improving in 2015/16. As long as they can retain their current group of players and perhaps make one or two quality additions they will be in with a good chance of pushing on up the table. One of the keys of Deal and Betteshanger’s success is the superb youth section that they have in place. This part of the club looks to provide young players from the local area with an opportunity to play the game in a safe and enjoyable environment whilst helping them to reach their full potential. Their approach is highlighted by the following statement on their official website, “Our aim is to share our love of rugby with the community and we provide rugby coaching for all children aged 6 to 18. The coaches work hard to ensure the clubs ethos of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship is aspired to at all times.” It is important for any club to be able to produce their own talent if they are to be successful, particularly in the current financial climate and this is an area that they appear to have covered. Coaching staff overseeing their youth development programme are confident that they’ve a number of players on their books with the potential for a bright future in the game and it will certainly be interesting to see how they can progress in the coming years. In order to help their youngsters to make the sometimes difficult transition into the senior game Deal and Betteshanger also run additional sides. This allows them to gain experience of adult level rugby even if they are not yet considered ready for first team action which can be an important step in the development process. Another benefit of having extra sides is that it allows the first team to benefit from far greater strength in depth. If they are ever left short on numbers through injury or work commitments they have the option of calling players up with a limited amount of disruption. Deal and Betteshanger RFC is a club that plays a vital role in their local community and they truly have a terrific set up in place. Hopefully they will be able to continue in the same manner for many years to come. Jenkinson Estates is one of the leading names in the residential property market for Deal and the surrounding areas. We are close to our fifth year anniversary and in a market which is now gaining momentum and confidence. Sales are at an unprecedented level and we are confident the business will continue to succeed. We offer you the most experienced local team in the area to market your most valuable asset, together with careful attention to detail and a very real understanding of today's market. Our industry experience collectively spans in excess of five decades, in the Deal market alone. The way people choose to search for their home and the property market continues to change. This is evident by the continuing success of big industry names such as Rightmove & Zoopla. It means that the boundaries of an independent agent that once meant limited exposure nationally and indeed globally have been eradicated giving national coverage at the touch of a button. Our values continue to be traditional and are combined with the latest award winning software and online exposure on market leading websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Findaproperty and Primelocation together with The Times and Evening Standard websites. This achieves maximum and effective exposure assuring you of the very finest marketing package for your home. Contrary to belief, newspaper advertising still works for us. This is why our clear and concise, weekly double page newspaper advertising complements our extensive exposure so well. So much of our business continues to come from recommendation and repeat custom. We strive to maintain a customer for life business. The success to date has been from hard work and the focus of a team that prides itself on being able to deliver results. We are measured by our clients and believe that every home and every person is individual. Above all, delivering our service in an honest, approachable and reliable manor is key to our business ethics. We are proud to be fully independent and are very pleased to be able to give back some of the very much appreciated support to the local community and charities. We believe in making the most of the local sports we have in Deal and are proud to be involved with sponsorship for the first team and under 10’s at Deal & Betteshanger Rugby Club. We also supply the kit for Deal Community Sports Football Club. Being able to support and develop our input within the local community is something we are very pleased to be able to do. It’s a way of saying a thank you for the amazing and continued support we have. We are a friendly team and aim to give correct and honest advice which emulates from our 50 years of combined experience in the Deal market. At Jenkinson Estates, we offer a credible, professional and now very established market leading estate agency business where experience and service still count. We are often imitated, but seldom equalled. We want to be here for the future so getting it right today means everything. I remain passionate about my business, very much one of the team and continue to invest in the company to further enhance the marketing, service and branding of Jenkinson Estates. A big thanks once again from myself and the superb team I have the pleasure of working with which have attributed to its success. We wish all our clients past, present and future the very best.
