formation of a 3rd senior men’s team for next season.

“I believe the clubs biggest challenge over the next 5 years
is progressing ahead with the new clubhouse development.
Once this development is complete it will be an incredible
venue for rugby and social events with amazing facilities.
I believe it will be a huge challenge to maintain and improve
our current senior position and keep hold of all our talented
youngsters. It is always a challenge for clubs to generate
income and I don’t see this changing anytime soon.”
“In the next 5 years we would like to have 3 senior teams
all pushing for honours in there relevant leagues, using all
the talented kids we have coming through. We would like a
senior and junior colts set up with natural progression into
senior rugby. We always want to keep improving and offering
an environment for 100s of rugby players to come and enjoy
the club and game.”
