It varies year on year but we usually deliver somewhere in the region of 2000 courses annually. That’s a mixture of 3 hour development sessions to 3 day award courses for coaches and referees. We run courses in clubs, schools, colleges and universities. We have found that its really powerful to host courses at neutral venues. If you can get coaches and referees together it’s amazing how much they have in common. They can discuss the challenges they face away from the emotion of the match and we hope that the next time they do meet on the touchline that those personal connections and shared understanding helps enhance the player’s experience. The vast majority of our 3 hour development courses are £15. Our award courses are slightly more expensive. They last 3 days and you will work with 8-10 other coaches supported by a tutor who will work with you as you design and deliver coaching sessions and take part in group discussions.
