World Cup. That was amazing and getting
to lift the World Cup after watching all of our
staff collect their medals was a very proud
moment for me.
It’s terrific to hear that we are World
Champions when people say it to you and
it gives me a massive amount of pride.
Knowing all the effort that has been put in
by our support staff and everyone involved
it is great being World Champions. Nobody
can ever take that away.
One of the things I wanted when I was little
was to be a professional rugby player so
for that to become a reality is terrific as if
I’m honest I didn’t think I’d see that in my
lifetime. We’ve just started to look forwards
to what we want to achieve in the future but
I think the main thing at the moment is just
enjoying what we’ve achieved.”
