The Rec
“We are very much a community club. We try
to be as much a part of the city as we can, and
regularly host local games at the Rec – such as the
Combination Cup finals, the Bath Minis festival,
and the varsity games held between the local
universities.

“The re-development of the Rec is one of the
most exciting challenges the Club faces over the
next few years. We are very much focused on
our proposals to provide a world-class sporting,
community and cultural venue at The Rec.

department who work tirelessly with local schools
and clubs helping to get more children into rugby,

who has just celebrated their 10th anniversary, use
sport to impact on the lives of young people and
children in the local community who most need
it.”

qualify for the Aviva Premiership Play-offs, and
then from there - fingers crossed - we can make
the final! We also have the Amlin Challenge Cup
final against Northampton in a few weeks, so we’ll
be aiming to bring some silverware back to the
Rec!”

Rec, but also the whole riverside, making it much
more fitting with the beautiful World Heritage
City of Bath and something the City can be proud
of. Watch this space...!”
Challenges/Ambitions
“On the pitch, just trying to keep up with the
top clubs in Europe will be huge – every club is

Over the coming years, we will be aiming to
