i. admissions process
step 1
All International Students applying to study at Rangsit University (including English Language courses), must complete
RSU’s International Student Application Form either online or by downloading the form from Application Form and
mailing the completed form or applying through one of RSU’s authorised agents located at Search Authorised Agents
by Country.
Applicants should ensure that they attach certified copies of transcripts of all relevant previous studies and evidence of
English language proficiency and any other documentation requested on the Application Form. If documents are in a
language other than English, an officially certified translation of each document must be provided together with
certified copies of the original documents.
An application fee of 300 Baht for undergraduate courses and 500 baht for postgraduate courses is payable on
acceptance of your offer.

Upon assessment, if the application is successful a Conditional or Unconditional Offer of Admission will be issued
together with an Acceptance of Offer Form, details of the tuition and other fees payable (including your Application
fee), the RSU Refund Policy and any other essential information relating to acceptance of an offer to study at RSU. The
offer will also include information about the services offered by RSU to international students. The University will advise
students in writing if their application is unsuccessful.

Students then need to sign the Acceptance of Offer Form and return it together with the required payment and any
other documentation requested. Payment may be made by electronic bank transfer to:

step 4
When Rangsit University receives the completed Offer Acceptance Form and the fees outlined in the Offer of Admission,
it will process the payment and, issue the Letter of Acceptance Form to the student.
The student must bring the Letter of Acceptance Form from Rangsit University to the nearest Thai Embassy or
Consulate of his/her country of origin. The Thai Embassy or Consulate will then issue a Non-Immigrant ED (Education)
visa to students so they can gain entry to Thailand. Please see Visas and Immigration for more information about visas.
step 5
Upon being granted their Non-Immigrant ED (Education) Visa, international students should make travel arrangements
including applying for accommodation. Please see Accommodation for more information about arranging
accommodation.
Students should advise The International Service Center (ISC) of these travel arrangements and request airport reception
and pick up. Please see Airport Pick-up and Arrival for further information.
step 6
International students should arrive, register as an international student, enrol in classes, attend the International Service
Center (ISC) to extend their visa, undertake an Orientation program and then commence their formal course of study.
