Kallenhard is a ‘ slower than you think ’ right hander with a late apex , a violent apex curb and no space on the exit .
1 . Coming out of the right-hander after Metzgesfeld , move the car all the way across to the left side of the track .
2 . Brake in a straight line , staying on the outside of the track much deeper than feels natural .
3 . You can ’ t see the apex as you approach the
corner - so the late turn in point takes time to learn and judge .
4 . Get close to the apex but don ’ t touch the curb itself .
5 . Accelerate out and use all of the track width available on your left .
On a wet track , it sometimes pays to drive more on the outside and avoid the apex all together - the dry line here is very slippery on entry , apex and exit ! As with most of the track , avoid the curbs in the wet .

Kallenhard ist eine dieser Kurven , die langsamer ist , als du denkst – eine Rechtskurve mit spätem Scheitelpunkt , einem aggressiven Randstein und wenig Platz am Kurvenausgang .
1 . Nach der Rechtskurve hinter Metzgesfeld lenkst du das Auto ganz nach links auf die äußere Seite der Strecke .
2 . Bremse in einer geraden Linie und bleibe länger außen , als es sich natürlich anfühlt .
3 . Du kannst den Scheitelpunkt beim Anbremsen noch nicht sehen – der späte Einlenkpunkt erfordert Übung und ein gutes Gefühl . 4 . Fahre nah am Scheitelpunkt vorbei , aber vermeide es , den Randstein zu berühren .
5 . Beschleunige heraus und nutze die gesamte verfügbare Streckenbreite auf deiner linken Seite .
Bei nasser Strecke kann es sich lohnen , weiter außen zu fahren und den Scheitelpunkt ganz zu meiden – die trockene Linie ist hier auf dem Einlenkpunkt , Scheitelpunkt und Ausgang extrem rutschig ! Wie auf den meisten Teilen der Strecke gilt : Meide die Randsteine im Nassen .
