CUSTOMER SERVICE :
* CCV - 582 classroom places booked , 1284 online modules completed and 151 clinical modules completed in only 23 day
The modules are available to complete on iLearn under CCV and classroom places booked via iLearn for all Training Centres - the RTMs are putting on additional CCV courses as dates become ' sold out venues '
* The Specsavers Way - one third of colleagues are accessing the IST session or the online module - both available on iLearn
PRODUCT :
* UCSC - launch day has arrived . 28th March - so far 2300 online modules completed and 1000 access the infographic - both available on iLearn . Regional Lab Development Managers are available to support you or answer any questions .
