* of Kolomyya journalist Yevhen Hapych , the author of an investigation about the fraud of land that was leased to Krok University . The court did not satisfy a claim of former deputies of Kolomyya City Council Volodymyr Tarnovetsky and Volodymyr Dovhanyuk .

* of Rivne investigative center Chetverta vlada ( The Fourth Power ). The court did not satisfy the claim of the former deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Rivne region Oleh Nazaruk . He believed that the journalists had caused him mental and physical suffering for 40,000 hryvnias . The material about land fraudsters of the Rivne region and the blog of journalist Anna Kalaur were defended .

remember many situations when it seemed that « everything is over »: when we were often not allowed to enter , when we had to evaluate more than a dozen anonymous harassment confessions , complain to the commissioner , go for questioning to the prosecutor ’ s office , assess risks , find colleagues in the US , Belarus or Russia . In such cases , emergency assistance is provided by the RPDI .

* The case of the program Skhemy : koruptsiya v detalyah ( Schemes : Corruption in Detail ) on the personal data disclosure . The personal information of the film crew drivers was published on Andriy Portnov ’ s Telegram channel . The Court of Appeal took a side of Viktor Yanukovych ’ s regime official and created a dangerous practice that legitimizes the dissemination of other people ’ s personal information as a legitimate way to « protect » one ’ s rights . Oksana Maksymenyuk , the head of the RPDI legal department , has repeatedly explained in TV shows what this precedent threatens the media environment with .
