* The project helped media outlets from small and medium-sized cities of Ukraine to implement the most ambitious business ideas .

* 16 webinars were conducted and 3 round tables with German media experts participation .

* Two editorial offices were supported in the implementation of innovative business ideas .

* 320 hours of mentorship was provided for 10 editorial offices of local / hyperlocal media .

* At least one new source of income appeared in four participating offices : Tchetchelnytskyy visnyk ( Tchetchelnytsya Herald ) creates a design studio . TELEhazeta Starobilsk ( Starobilsk Telenewspaper ) is finishing a website with a paywall .

* Rayon . Rozhyshche increased

31 revenues not because of the increase in the number of advertisements , but because of the price rise . Editor-inchief tells : « It was expected to intimidate customers , but it didn ’ t happen , it didn ’ t stop any of the previous advertisers . Sales did not fall and profits increased .»

* The approaches of the media outlets to the content have changed : the team of Rayon . Rozhyshche has focused on the production of original content , and has added more positive news . TELEhazeta Starobilsk ( Starobilsk Telenewspaper ) diversified the video for the site . The media outlet “ Ye ’’ has increased the amount of high-quality and unique content through various types of video recording ( using remotely piloted aircraft ).

* The audience of five participants of the project increased , two media by 15 %, three media by 5 %.
