of the important сooperation projects with RPDI was the competition on environmental issues for regional media . I reviewed and reread all materials from RPDI training and wrote a publication , which became one of the winners . The competition was a push to search for unusual solutions for my media and mastering new interactive tools .»

* Tetyana Kuts from Vinnytsia analyzed whether the inhabitants of her town know about the separate collection of garbage . The results were disappointing . After the material « Meshkantsi tsentru Vinnytsi ne znayut pro rozdilnyy zbir smittya » ( Vinnytsia Downtown Inhabitants Don ’ t Know About the Separate Collection of Garbage ) was published significant shift happened : workers of Municipal Unitary Enterprise Ecovin ’ started to take out the garbage in the city separately ( without violations ), and Vinnytsia residents started to follow the rules of sorting dry and wet waste .

* Some other publications of the same author facilitated positive changes . Electric transport recharge network enlarged after a series of publications about demands of Vinnytsia eco transport owners .

* Journalist Tetyana Shcherbatyuk wrote about queues at the regional children ’ s hospital after a series of

29 training sessions about decentralization and medical reform . As a result , the management of the institution immediately took measures to change the situation .

* After trainings in eco-journalism , the same author published a series of materials about the struggle of the residents of Trostyanets Hromada for a clean environment . As a result the management of the Trostyanets distillery , to which the citizens complained because of the stench , promised to install special filters .
