Hetauda Farm House
Nestled in the foothills of the exotic Himalayas, the Lifecycle Hetauda Farm
House offers travellers an experience of a wildlife. The resort is just a threehour drive south of Kathmandu towards theTerai plains. Access to the resort
is on foot across a suspension bridge and through a bamboo forest.The Farm
House is set among rice paddies at the edge of the Rapti River.
If you want to take life at a slower pace, you
can explore the Chepang and Tamang villages
around the resort. Go on a cultural tour, see
how farm life changes through the seasons,
and make friends with the locals. After a day
of activity you can relax with a shiatsu massage
to stimulate your muscles or cool off in our
natural spring water pool or in a hammock. If
you are interested in cooking, Radha Didi can
teach you how to cook fragrant Nepali dishes.

The Farm House was started by four Nepali
cycling enthusiasts who are keenly involved in
promoting mountain biking as a sport and Nepal
as a premier mountain biking destination. Nepal
has some of the most diverse terrain in the world
with wide variations across a small area, making
it an exciting and unique mountain biking
destination.
Accommodation at the Farm House is natural
and comfortable and spacious in twin share
rooms. Food is simple and delicious, and cooked
by local chef Radha Didi – an expert at making
food that is good for you! The Farm House
offers many activities in addition to riding.
