Chris Krog is an acclaimed South African wildlife photographer and his work can be found in numerous birding publications where his crisp, clear images are evidence of his many years behind the lens. If he is not taking photos from the comfort of his old 4x4, he is camped out in his self-constructed bird hide for hours at a time, snapping away, to be able to offer us the beautiful photography that is common to his style. When not out in the field, Chris is most comfortable photographing the birds that frequent his 'bird restaurant' which is aptly called 'Paw-paw Inn'. If you enjoy his fantastic photographs, email Chris at [email protected], he'd love to hear your comments. Chris uses a Canon 7D camera with a 500mm telephoto lens and a Canon 60D camera with a 100x400mm zoom lens.
