Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

•1 cup soy sauce

•1/2 cup water

•1/2 cup sugar

•1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

•2 tablespoons vinegar

•3 tablespoons olive oil

•1 teaspoon hot English mustard

•2 teaspoons crushed garlic

•3 tablespoons dry barbecue seasoning

•1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

•ground black pepper & salt to taste

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and mix until sugar is completely dissolved. Then baste liberally onto the pork chops. Baste a few times during the cooking process.
