Ingridients:

100ml soy sauce

200ml water

2 tablespoons vinegar

4 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon Hot English mustard

2 cloves of garlic finely chopped

1 onion finely diced

Ground salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

Bring all the ingridients to the boil in a saucepan and let it simmer until the sauce reduces and thickens. Let the sauce cool and then baste liberally on the ribs before tossing them on the braai. Baste the ribs a few times during the cooking process between sips of wine and upbeat conversation.
