Approximately seventy five Rotarians and friends gathered at the Mingara Recreation Club on September
23rd for the District Governor's meeting. For the last
two years the District Governor has held combined
meetings instead of visiting every club. This has proved
to be a much better arrangement as it allows clubs to
hear of each other's activities and means the District
