Compliance
In the continuing move toward Rosedale homeowners managing their own community, they
recently accepted operational responsibility for managing major requirements of the Rosedale
Master Declaration of CC&R's. This change was enabled by the establishment of two new RMHA
Committees listed below.
The Community Advisory Committee is to assist Rosedale homeowners to understand the
CC&R’s and advise the steps necessary to maintain compliance with the CC&R’s. This committee
also provides information on non-compliance issues and corrective action recommendations to
the Compliance Committee for its review and action.
The Compliance Committee is to determine appropriate steps necessary to address and resolve
non-compliance issues in Rosedale. These may be reported by the Community Advisory
Committee, the Safety and Security Committee or the homeowners and other sources. The
Compliance Committee will utilize information and recommendations received from the
Community Advisory Committee, affected homeowners, legal resources, and other appropriate
sources. The Compliance Committee will also manage the affected homeowner appeal process.
