Sweet and crispy baked bread, shared with family on Nowruz and gifted to children like Eid joy.

INGREDIENTS

1 kg flour 6 eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup milk powder 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup sugar 1 cup oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Take a large bowl and mix all the dry ingredients: flour, milk powder, baking powder and baking soda.
2. In a blender or stand mixer, add eggs, milk, and sugar, and blend well.
3. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and then add the oil. 4. Knead to make a soft dough. 5. Preheat the oven. Make small balls from the dough and bake for about 15 minutes.
Note: This can also be cooked over fire using the traditional method( on a tawa or pan).
