children have gotten older, the house has adapted to their needs
too. The en-suite bathrooms for each of the bedrooms mean that
there is no sibling rivalry in the mornings. What was once a play
room, will soon become a walk-in closet and the gym is being
modified into an entertainment room with a pool table and games.
The warmth of the downstairs area is seamlessly drawn upwards
through a column of block art in the same reds, oranges and yellows
found throughout the house. The house has personally selected artwork
pieces throughout, which blend the rooms together while each family
member’s taste and style still comes through.

and personality reflected. Her friends eagerly agree that the warmth and
comfort of the house is an extension of her personality. “Turning this
house into a home was achieved by making it practical yet cosy,” Sanet
says. We all agree that this is exactly what she has achieved!
