Author A.M. Halford
Do you have a favorite Hero or Heroine from any of your books and why?
Tony from Abroad in the Stars is by far my favorite Hero. He's spunky, bad ass, and loyal to a fault.
Share one thing about yourself that would surprise people who know you.
I don't really have any secrets from those close to me. For the most part I'm an open book. A fun fact though is I have only been with one partner sexually and am still with him.
If you could go anywhere at all on your next vacation where would you go?
Europe. I want to travel Europe and see all of it!
Favorite social network and why?
My most used social network is Facebook, because of familiarity. I guess that makes it my current favorite. I do have a twitter and a mewe as well, but I don't really use them as much as I should.
What was your "dream" job as a child?
I wanted to be a veterinarian. I loved animals and wanted to help them. About fourteen I realized that also meant watching animals die, be abandoned, and hurt. I don't have the stomach for that, so I changed direction. It took me some times to find something else that interested me.
Do you have anything you would like to say to your current readers or to those that haven't yet read your work(s)?
Yes, I love you guys and I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to get something new out! I swear I'm working on projects and hopefully something will be coming soon.
To hopeful new readers, If you want a book to start off with I love my Galaxia Pirates series, but Itayu Lake is where I started and I know is a reader favorite.
What is the best thing a reader has said or done for your books?
One reader in particular has been huge in pushing me to continue writing and introducing me to other authors, readers, and promoters. I don't think I'd be where am today without her effort to push me forward. Thanks Fluffy <3
What is the funniest thing a reader has done?
Probably the funniest thing a reader has done is a suggest that I'm sure they didn't mean to be something serious, that turned into a wonderful idea for a plot twist.
