Guarantees
We need your assistance in making your function a success. All event details, including food, beverage and setup
needs, must be received at least two weeks in advance of the event. Also, please confirm your number of attendees at
the latest by noon, three business days in advance. This will be considered your minimum guarantee and is not subject
to reduction. If no guarantee is received, the original expected attendance on your Banquet Event Order will be used.
If any course of a meal is to be preset, the guarantee and payment for the preset items must be accounted for.
CHEF ATTENDANT/ BARTENDER
When a Chef Attendant or Bartender is required, service
will be provided for a mimimum of two hours at $150.
CONFIRMATION OF SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Final menu items, room arrangements and other details
pertaining to this function are outlined on the Banquet
Event Order.
PRICE INCREASES
Menu prices are current as of the date menu is provided,
and are subject to change. Prices will be guaranteed
fourteen (14) days prior to the function.
SECURITY
The Club does not assume responsibility for damage
or loss of any merchandise or articles left on premises,
during or following any event. Arrangements for security
to monitor equipment or merchandise may be made
through your catering contact prior to the event
(applicable fees may apply).
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
All functions must be paid for in advance unless
direct billing has been approved by our accounting
department. If direct billing is not approved, full
payment must be received at least three days prior to
the start of the event(s). Functions may be guaranteed
for payment by cash, check or credit card.
DECORATION AND SIGNAGE
Our Catering Service Manager will be happy to provide
you with a Vendor Guide for your flowers, centerpieces,
themed décor, etc. Handwritten signage is not permitted
and signage will not be allowed in the lobbies or
entrance to Club without prior approval. Directional
signage will be provided by the Club.
The Club will not permit the affixing of anything to the
walls, floors, ceilings or equipment with nails, staples,
tape or any other substance or device. The Club’s
engineering department must service any items that
require hanging (applicable fees apply).
