Let’s Recap on The Story So Far….
A ct o ne
A group of boys from Lisduggan like hanging out at the Manor playground. They really
like the swings. But there’s something strange about one swing that seems to be
moving itself!!! They go to investigate, they try to stop the swing and they hear a voice
saying, “there’s no need for that. See I am slowing down.”
They are a bit confused who is speaking to them.
In time, a figure appears and tells them he is Roland. Just as they were finding out
about who he is the Baxter brothers turn up. The Manor playground is their territory.
Nobody is to hang out there without their permission. NOBODY.
The boys are unaware of this and are unprepared for what happens next. They single
out Adrian and give him a hard time. His friends are helpless because the brothers are
so BIG!!!
Just when they think Adrian is going to end up in hospital, Roland intervenes.
He appears standing by the swing and tells the Baxter brothers to let Adrian go. They
see this weird person with curly hair in an old-fashioned suit. Colin Baxter tries to grab
Roland’s shoulders but his hands go right through him. They are terrified of his ghostly
glow and try to run from the playground. Roland agrees to let them go provided they
make a promise not to torment the boys again.
Can they change? Have they learnt their lesson?
