His Holiness Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Paulose II (Catholicos on the Apostolic
Throne of St. Thomas and Malankara Metropolitan) congratulated author Rohit Gupta
for publishing his book ‘ Malankara Orthodox Church – Everything About the
Indian Orthodox Church’ . (28th July 2019 at the Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium in
Delhi).
Catholicos commented that Rohit’s effort is remarkable. The Primate of the Malankara
Church also extended a personal invitation to the author to visit Malankara (State of
Kerala), which was graciously accepted by Rohit.
Rohit was a special invitee for the ceremony 2019 Paulose Mar Gregorious Award. The
author also met Metropolitan Demetrios of Delhi, Fr. Dr. K M George, Fr. Bijeesh
Philip, and many other dignitaries.
