Welcome
On behalf of our entire guest experience team, whose goal is to ensure
that the journey you are on is filled with moments that come together to
create a life changing experience, i’m pleased to welcome you onboard Rocky
Mountaineer.
in my role as Vice President, guest experience, i have the pleasure of meeting
many of our guests at some point along their journey. i often come to our
departures and listen to guests’ excitement and anticipation for what lies ahead.
i especially love greeting guests as they detrain for the last time at one of our
stations.
it’s wonderful to hear about the individual experiences and stories our guests
have of their time onboard. Many talk about the fresh pine scent on the outdoor
viewing platform or the delicious taste of the gourmet meals our chefs prepare.
The breathtaking scenery, from sky-high mountains to cascading waterfalls,
is always a highlight. But some moments are unexpected: laughing with new
friends about how impossible it is to capture the beauty of the Rockies on
camera, or enjoying the genuine Canadian hospitality that our onboard team
enthusiastically provides. Then there are the cherished memories that are too
magical to articulate.
