Elbow injuries are very common in rock climbing.Epicondylitis or Tennis elbow as it is widely known is the most frequent one. This is caused by repeatitive movement of the fingers and the lower arm muscles. Some tears and inflamations take place to the tendon that keeps the muscles of the fingers attached to the upper arm bone at the point called epicondyle.
