everyone knows we need strong forearms to climb but...
sorry guys...spinatch won't do the trick
So, here we have some really simple exercises that can help you improve the strenght and stamina of your forearms. These exercises can be done everywhere and you need little time.
Strenght
You only need a hung bar or somewhere that you can hung. Hung on one arm until total failure. Now move on to the other arm. Do this several times. Easy huh?
If you have a fingerboard you can practice the same excercise by hanging on various holds.
