Tarja Turunen: New album in progress
The storm is over, Tarja more beautiful and more eager than ever, is in the final stage of her new album "What Lies Beneath", the third of her career as a soloist, but according to her the best.
The beautiful Tarja Turunen, apparently is in her best moment, is in the final stage of her new album and she is confirmed for the show MISKOLC, show that involved bands like Epica and Therion.
At that concert, Tarja will perform with an orchestra and a choir, although she has experience in this, no doubt will
be a great challenge, and would be remembered the best songs of her time in Nightwish, from her album My Winter Storm and the live debut of WLB.
The concert has been called "Classic and Divine" in the hope that Tarja will record her first solo DVD also she has been confirmed for one of the most important metal festivals, Wacken Open Air, in which, will perform on stage as a soloist and also, she will participate in 2 well-known festivals, "Masters Of Rock" and "Graspop Metal Meeting 2010."
Focusing on what will be the new album from the Queen of Metal, according to Tarja, "What Lies Beneath" is the album that most has enjoyed, since it is completely created by her. Do not forget that "My Winter Storm" was the first solo album of Tarja (not counting the Christmas album) and to quote her: "My Winter Storm will always be in my heart."
What Lies Beneath will be released on August, Tarja has worked very hard and with little time to rest since February, she says that WLB will be an album with a mix of film and metal music, that sounds pretty good, plus some songs that we heard live, as well as In For A Kill, If You Believe, Witch Hunt and Montañas Del Silencio.
