Top 40 - live albums

Recently, hundreds of listeners of 'Radio Planet Rock' managed with their votes, to structure the list of the "40 best live rock albums of all time". It is, undoubtedly, a very interesting list which highlights the legendary Canadian band Rush with three nominations, and two for the British bands Queen and Led Zeppelin with their albums: "Live Killers", "Live at Wembley", "The Song Remains the Same" and "How The West Was Won", respectively. A list of outstanding exponents of hard rock, symphonic rock and heavy metal -which may exclude some material of equal importance-, but certainly provides a guideline for understanding and appreciating forty of the best live performances ever.
