are my parents. The baby is me, and behind stands the death, Iron
Mask is the death.
• Genzoman, who made the artwork for the album, did he make also the
pictures of each one of you that come in digiblock?
Yes, it was him. I gave him the job to make illustrations for every song.
And he made the illustrations… from us! With our pictures. Finally, it
was a good idea.
• We feel this album a little less neoclassical and heavier, did you feel the
urge of changing this time? Of exploring another style?
No, I do what I know. I would not be able to do Rammstein. It is what I
know to do, it will always be melodic. This is the first time I composed
with a bass, some passages. For example, in the central part of “Fifth
Son of Winterdoom” I included all the celtic themes, or even in “The
picture of Dorian Gray”, I composed the part of the bass first and
then I wrote the rest. You heard me right, I haven’t composed just the
guitar or the keyboards, and it was different this time, something I
really liked, with a good Fender bass that sounds really well, I like it!
• Why making a video of Rock Religion first and not another of a song as
“Like a lion in a cage” or the song that gives its name to the album?
