Way Out J. Roberto Zenteno (Darkzen) / [email protected] Translation: Manuel Ocaña Our friends from Russia, Lateless, an excellent band of progressive metal, have gifted us with a great disc, overwhelming and with a great technique! With a passive and rocker wonderful voice. Here is my review! Farewell Melodic and fast intro, with the harmonic voice of Tany. This preamble gives us a good idea of this disc’s style: moderated riffs and strong and continuous drums, even if the finale is somewhat abrupt and direct. Artificial Girl With an entry full of fast and melodic guitars and a continuous sense, this track is heavier! The voice of Tany enters strong and deep, mixing very well with the thematic of the song; and an ending similar to the one in Farewell. Falshe and Let go Fantastic piano entry! Overwhelming guitars and drums! With a bit of electronic sound and guitar more focused in the background sequence, Tany’s voice is adapted in an even way. The finale is more conceptual and less abrupt; during the whole song the presence of guitar riffs is very notorious, with strength and speed; in the ending, it is less powerful but very alike. 28
