they offer us. A dive in the show, but also in the history of
Metallica, as many of the decorative elements and animations
refer to their different albums. The scene itself brings us back
memories. The coffins, the snakes nest and other surprises,
take us back to their previous tours!
If we add to this an amazing sound, we get the latest live
of the best metal band of all time. Yes, this last affirmation
is just my opinion! The reference live that remains and will
remain forever, are the concerts gathered in the coffer “Live
Shit Binge & Purge”, including a show in a city called ... Eh,
Let’s see? Ah yes! Mexico City?? ;)
The only negative aspect for me, is that Rob the bass player,
is less on the screen than the other musicians. It’s a shame,
but his talent he will show it during the end credits. An
authentic bass lesson, that is coupled with an emotional
tribute to the deceased, but omnipresent Cliff Burton.
Returning to the subject in Paris, seeing this film at the Grand
Rex, with about 3000 true fans of the band, was an amazing
experience! The “concert” atmosphere was very present in
the film. Chants, screams, headbanging, it just missed the
pogo and slam in order to feel in a real concert!
Metallica fans, this movie was made for you. It’s an
exceptional opportunity to see the four horsemen on the
big screen, in addition it’s in 3D, and to have a monumental
explosion as only Metallica can give! For the less fanatics, it
rests the intrigue; we could say that is little reason to move
and see the film.
But in any case, you have to watch the movie to answer the
following question:
What thing can be so important, because Metallica has
absolutely necessity of it, before the end of their show?
