Turilli / Lione Rhapsody Zero Gravity Rebirth & Evolution Rocío Echávarri / Translation: Manuel Ocaña In its beginnings, Heavy Metal was characterized by its strong, rebellious and crude sound; furious and fast guitar riffs, forceful and heavy rhythm, and singers whose voices went beyond the conventional, mostly without formal preparation, even almost wild. Times change, yes, and metal is not exempt, it has evolved and has been subdivided into an infinity of subgenres that are already too complex to name or find some adjective to classify a band or style. Mixes, fusions, use of less conventional instruments, folklore, experimentation, in short, the metal now is very different from what was heard 30 or 40 years ago. An eloquent example of this and that really is an amalgam of everything I mentioned above is the debut of the new incarnation of Rhapsody: Turilli / Lione Rhapsody titled Zero Gravity (Rebirth and Evolution). 12
