• Designate someone to be in charge of the rental equipment
when it is delivered (make sure it is in good condition and the
proper number of units are delivered).
• State on the contract the date, time and place of your
function (include directions, if necessary). Itemize rented
equipment with associated quantities and cost. Schedule
delivery, setup, take-down and pick-up times and write
down their costs.
• Ask what type of deposit is required.
• Ask if there is a late return fee.
• Ask if there are any other costs you should
be aware of.
