Day of Coordination
If you are comfortable with the planning process and have a good grasp on which vendors
to hire and how to stay in your budget, but want someone there on your actual wedding day,
you can hire a coordinator with a Day-Of contract. You will generally meet with them about a
month before your wedding and discuss with them all of the details you have mapped out. With
this knowledge, they will be at your ceremony and reception to make sure that everything goes
according to plan, and be there to fix it if it doesn't! This way, you will completely be able to
relax and enjoy your wedding.
Partial Planning
You may find that full service is more than you need, but day of coordination is not enough. In
this case many planners offer partial planning services to meet your needs.
Wedding Design
A wedding designer is different then a planner, although many times one professional is able
to do both for you. A designer will be in charge of the aesthetics of the day, and will be able
to take the vision you have for your wedding and turn it into a reality. From decor to flowers to
lighting and more, they will be in charge of transforming the venue you chose and create a very
unique space just for you.
