BARC (Bali Adoption Rehabilitation Centre)
is STRICTLY NO KILL and houses 350+
rescued animals.
They aim to relieve suffering, starvation,
abuse and neglect of the street dogs and
animals in Bali with care, community
awareness and education. They endeavor to
provide medical care, food, rehabilitation,
bedding and love to all animals.
BARC provide vaccination, sterilization and
any other necessary medical assistance.
They operate a street program to help
many mistreated dogs. Additionally they
conduct education programs to the
Balinese community. As well as village
sterilization days.
