MAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
WAREHOUSE STORAGE
• Warehouse storage has the full rights of terminating the storage of the
customers’ goods. This is done by giving a notice to the owner of the
goods in a period of 30 days before removing the goods from the
warehouse. The customers are required to make payments for the given
period that the goods have been stored in the respective warehouse
and then remove them upon the completion of payment. However, if
the customer fails to adhere to the terms and conditions, the company
has all the full rights to remove the goods from the warehouse but it has
no a right of selling them.
• Warehouse storage only takes place for the goods that are not
hazardous. If it chances that the goods are hazardous, the customer is
required to write a notice to the company before delivering the goods
for storage. If it chances that the goods are hazardous, the customer is
required to give detailed instructions concerning the nature of the
storage of these type of goods. Failure to do so, the customer will incur
the cost for the damages, the losses, the fines, the penalties and the
associated expenses that the company is likely to face as a result of the
events related to his/her goods.
