Ziploc Bags To collect your personal trash from lunches and snacks.

Ear Plugs Nice to have in order to block out some of the noise.

Toothbrush and Toothpaste A travel size tube such as Crest Travel Size.

Baby Wipes A travel pack size of Wet Ones.

Hand Sanitizer A personal size of Purell Hand Sanitzer.

Toilet Paper Peregrine Outfitters Personal Toilet Tissue.

Camera Should be small enough to fit in a chest pocket.

Bowl Either the GSI Infinity Bowl or the Sea to Summit X Bowl.

Mug Either the GSI Fairshare Mug or the Whittaker Mountaineering 12 oz. mug.

Utensil Either the MSR Folding Spork or the Light My Fire Spork.

Water Bottle 2 to 3 liters of capacity is recommended. Screw top, hard-sided water bottles are advised, to resist freezing and leakage. We recommend 2-3 Wide Mouth Nalgene Bottles.

Sunscreen We recommend small tubes of SPF 15 or higher, which can be carried in pockets for easy aceess and to prevent freezing. Doc Martin's Sunscreen.

Lip Balm SPF 15 or higher. Alba un-Petroleum.

Pocket Knife Petzl Spatha Knife.
